Not much help.
What is the power supply-make and model.
What is the monitor resolution?
What CPU will be used?
What is the maximum airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow? (Python humour.)

The ever useful Toms Chart gets another outing, check here for how the cards compare:

Right now the UK E-tailers are getting into a serious price war so I'll only suggest that you keep an eye on the various sites because prices are changing very quickly.
I cannot see any problems with the PSU, it'll easily run any card out there within your budget.
A few places to go shopping: Aria, Scan, CCL, Novatech, Dabs, Overclockers, E-buyer and Pixmania.
