First build.........fan/cooling question!

This is my first build so I dont have any expierence with fan orientation. Ive done some research and it seems there is no one answer, especially with different fan configurations even with the same case. My case is the NZXT Phantom Full Tower. I have the side window panel so my cooling options are :

140mm intake in front
2 120mm intake on the side
2 200mm exhaust on top
Corsair h80i in the rear.

With my fans, assuming the positions i plan to use them in are correct, what would be the best option for orientating the h80i in the rear?

Those two 200 mm on top will pull out a lot of hot air.
I would set up the 80i on the back as an intake so it pulls cool air over the radiator.

Why not put h80i on the top?

Id rather not doing any mods, and the top supports two 200mm fans. The back however fits the 120mm like the h80i requires.

So the fan on the back of the rad is an intake sucking air from outside the case. How about the other fan mounted on the rad? Thanks

Just make sure they are both operating as intake fans; sucking cool air from outside the case - over the rad - into the case. Those top fans will suck all the heat out.
