Looking for a low budget video card

I want to upgrade my video card for gaming and watching videos. But I want get the one that is compatible and inexpensive for my PC.
What I have is:
HP Pavilion p6710f
Motherboard: N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX (Alvorix)
Processor: AMD Athlon II X4 640
Memory: 4 GB
Video Graphics: Integrated graphics using ATI Radeon 4200
Power Supply: Internal ATX 250W

I wouldn't try running any of those above cards on that 250W PSU. It won't hold. Besides, I'll bet it doesn't even have a PCIe power cable. The best you dare use without a PSU upgrade would be a HD 7750. And even that might be pushing it.
