Motherboard hangs in BIOS , keyboard stops working DISkette Drive 0 Seek failure

My keyboard hangs when ever i try to turn on my DELL GX270 ,it rained here , so my computer was affected due to rain , I Disassembled all components and heated them up , after i assembled , it worked well , but after several times of use , it showed to be hanged , now i am totally confused , i don't know what to do , can't even reset my BIOS , because , Keyboards(USB/Ps2) are not working in BIOS , it only shows DISKETTE DRIVE 0 FAILURE .
please give me some useful suggestion ,
