Intel B75 is the chipset, not the motherboard...
without seeing the motherboard, I can't guarantee it will work,
But ive seen plenty of builds using a motherboard with B75 chipset and they had used the Radeon HD7950 and they have had no problems...
Hope this help.

Im struggling to find your motherboard, if you have the PC will you, open the PC case and look at the motherboard closely, you might see the name or model number of the motherboard somewhere, generally around the center near you PCIe slots... (be careful not to touch any components unless your wearing an anti-static rist band)

The motherboard in the Gamer Xtreme 1347 is the MSI B75MA-P45 (if you look on New Egg, and zoom into the 6th picture, you can see the name and model number.
I do not see why there would be any problems with upgrading the GPU on this board for the one you have found
(although I do recommend the NVidia GeForce GTX770)
