Intel B75 is the chipset, not the motherboard...
without seeing the motherboard, I can't guarantee it will work,
But ive seen plenty of builds using a motherboard with B75 chipset and they had used the Radeon HD7950 and they have had no problems...

I do not see why there would be any problems with upgrading the GPU on this board for the one you have found (although I do recommend the NVidia GeForce GTX770)

You must be logged in, but to the left of the reply to ... button, if another button that says pick as the solutions with a green tick... if you cant find it, dont worry about it
