Although it will be too fast for your CPU, a small form factor Radeon 7750 is a great card and will run fine on your power supply. Radeon 6670 is cheaper and slower but uses more power, which may be a bit too much for your stock power supply. You have a geat chance it will work fine, but the 7750 is a safer pick.

Both those cards should be available in half-height.

SAPPHIRE 100357LP Radeon HD 7750 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Video Card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

If you can afford this one - it is one of the best in this class, will work with your power supply!

Outside of the card, you may want to look into getting more RAM to help out the slow CPU issue, 4 gig of RAM should help you as well.

every new card will be held back by your system. Even the 7750.
Because your system supports only DDR2 with max of 667MHz and processor is Dual core.
