Will the XFX Radeon HD 7750 GHOST THERMAL 1GB handle a 300W system?

The PC is a HP G5200uk-m. The specs are below:

Cpu: Amd Athlon II X2 220 (Dual Core @ 2.8Ghz)
RAM: 3GB @ 1333 Mhz
Hdd: 1TB
PSU: 300W
OS: Win 7 Home Prem 64BIT

So i want to add a 7750 for some light gaming, yes i know 3Gb is small, but can i add the 7750 to the build. I will play games such as CoD, BF3 - ALL LOW @ 720P, SWTOR, and other games.

**I AM WILLING TO REMOVE THE OPTICAL DRIVE TO SAVE POWER FOR THE GPU!!

I just looked up that card and the recommended PSU was 450 watts. You can try it but I would recommend picking up a new PSU.

the 7750doesn't need external power so you should be ok.
