I currently have a NVidia GT630 2GB graphics card with 2 monitors plugged in as an extended display. As my monitors are now old and i would like to replace them, i wondered whether i could carry on using them, but have 2 new ones to make a 2x2 display (mounting them somehow.)
To make it so i could use all four monitors, i would need a new graphics card. I plan on getting a Gigabyte NVidia GTx650Ti Boost Edition for £130, which has 2x DVI, a Displayport and a HDMI. (Link: http://amzn.to/1d0lZx9).
Would this be possible using this graphics card?
Also, what kind of mounting do you recommend? My idea is to just mount the two top monitors on the wall above the lower ones, but if anyone has any better ideas i would be appreciative.
And finally,
Is there any particular monitor/type of monitor i should get? Im looking around the 22 - 23" mark, around the £130 mark.
