Your CPU might bottleneck you depending on games. Also, I don't think that the case is big enough for this GPU, which is really big. (11" x 5.1" x 2.1")

Wat Will happen with the gpu? Will it not work on its fulltime capacity? Because of the low CPU? I can make it fit in the case i have annother cage inside. What is a good CPU upgrade That fits in my CPU socket so Thatcher graphic card Will runn properly

You are getting a high-end GPU, kind of recent, with an old entry-level CPU. Yes, the GPU won't give its maximum capacity. You will probably need a new CPU+Motherboard combo if you want to fix that.

Your case isn't really a good one for air flow, so it might eventually get to be a problem too, but you can still change your motherboard and CPU. Which will also need you to change your RAM, cause you the old DDR2, and you'll need DDR3.

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($206.97 @ Outlet PC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($88.23 @ Outlet PC)
Memory: GeIL EVO Veloce Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($53.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Asus Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card ($283.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $633.17
