First Time Builder LF Feedback!

First time builder here that started w/ 0 knowledge, looking for and GREATLY appreciate any advice on whether to up/downgrade certain parts and WHY if you can, or just what you would do differently
Will be playing FPS but mostly FFXIV ARR, end game raiding etc. I will be ocing, likely just toying w/ VCore and Multiplier to be more safe until I research more into it

Mobo: ASUS P8Z77-V Lk ATX
CPU: Intel i5 3570k
GPU: AMD Radeon 7950
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Blue 2X4GB
Case: Antec 1100 XL-ATX
PSU: Antec HCG-620M 620W
Cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo + two more Antec TriCool 120MM DBB Case Fan 3-SPEED. One for the Mobo and another front
HD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
SSD: Corsair Neutron Series GTX 120GB
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium Edition 64Bit

I'm looking at $1400-1500, wouldn't mind dropping the price but also don't mind paying a bit extra for quality/performance to get a real solid system I could upgrade on down the road and won't shit out easily on me ! Thanks for your time

CPU : Ok
GPU : Switch to EVGA GeForce GTX 760 SuperClocked w/ ACX Cooling. Same price, little bit better performances.
RAM : Ok
Case : Ok
PSU : Ok
Cooling : You probably don't need to add more fans to your case. Just get the CM Hyper 212 Evo.
HDD : Ok
SSD : Switch to Samsung 840 Series 120GB.
OS : Ok
