Hello there, i found this amazing site thanks to a friend because i want to build a tower computer for 3d still and video rendering. My budget is ultra-low. So, what can i do with $400? Thanks in advance!

originally i was thinking about the whole desktop computer tower, but maybe it is futile to try to find a render computer for that money so i will elevate my budget to 600 bucks for the whole thing
