Blue Screen at Windows Logo

Hello. I recently purchased a new motherboard, CPU, ram and PSU and installed them into my PC. When I started it up it would load through the motherboard start but at the Windows logo it would freeze and blue screen for .1 seconds, then restart again. GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard is my new motherboard. I did a memtest and it came up clean and my motherboard looks alright as well.

Hi, Try setting SATA to IDE in BIOS.

Hi, you need to reinstall your Operating System for the new hardware to be recognized, because the OS currently installed does not recognize the new hardware

Yea. It has to be this. I did all the fiddling around in the bios and stuff. Never did try and re install OS. Thanks man.
