Will HD 7870 run triple monitors?

Hi Guys
My current pc has 1 XFX radon 7870 and I am thinking of getting triple monitors with some of my birthday and Christmas money, If my card can handle it.
I can't afford to buy another card and 3 monitors, only one or the other.

I will hope to run most games on high settings at 50-60 fps. Bf4 on medium at the same fps...

If u want around 60fps then u have to play most of the games on medium, some on high on tripple monitor and no AA.
Why not get a 1440p monitor instead of 3 monitors

I wouldn't do it. Save that money for a future GPU upgrade.
