Seems pretty good to me, what games to you plant I be planning because different games are better with nvidia. Also maybe get a xfx xxx 650w so you have room for sli/crossfire in the future. No need on a aftermarket cpu cooler if you don't plan to overclock, if you do plan to overclock you will need the 4670k.

Umm, good point. I think I will stick with the aftermarket if I will ever want to overclock...

Also, I don't really want to CrossFire\SLI, because of high heat and power consumption.

What? (lol if you mean that I don't want a mechanical drive then yes)

So how much ssd space do you have, is that enough for photos, movies, documents etc. the xfx xxx is also semi modular meaning less cables, saving space and lowering heat.

Get this motherboard combo with the i5 at newegg, way better motherboard, this motherboard is great to overclock with and has an amazing sound card built in for better audio and killer ethernet for faster internet speed.

Okay, I changed it.

My SSD is 256GB, and I don't really need more than that. I use about 40GB for my stuff and 50GB is the OS and some programs.

Also, I have a 1TB USB 3.0 external drive for the stuff I don't use frequently (pictures, etc).

Internet speed is defined by the ISP. I get the internet I pay for with a mid-end old motherboard.

Also, I am not an audiophile or overclock maniac that will throw money at things that he don't need.

Not the same price, it's like $40 more.
