I like it, its well balanced! I would recommend a CPU cooler, nothing expensive though. If you are overclocking it is vital. If not, I'd still recommend it for noise and heat purposes.

I don't think I will be OC since this is my first a I believe my case fans will keep the temp ok considering there's one at the bak and two at the front

Olus I also need to buy Windows 7 so I'm kinda screwed, besidesy current (Old pc) made a lot of noise so I'm used to it
any games you would recommend to a never used mouse and keyboard person

Okay makes sense! And depends on what you play, I might be able to help you, I might not. I'd simply say any games that you want that you enjoy. Check reviews and popular games and all that.
