NTG:2013 Runs Slow and can't play it with steering wheel

Every time I play it with my keyboard only it runs slow (I guess about 15-20 FPS). When I play it with my steering wheel it is about 5-10 FPS. Please help.

PS: NR2003 runs amazing so no problems with that one

I played F1 2012 and it was fine (maybe 25-30 FPS or 15-20 FPS) and MLB 2k12 (30-45 FPS). I wish I could play it. . Oh well. I LOVE NASCAR.

Upgrade your ram
to 6 or 8 gigs.
prehaps a SSD would help as well.
Unless say.... Dish out enough cash for a new 15' mbp
