Does having a second monitor use up more of my computer?

Hello, I have a dumb question. I dont have the best Graphics card in the world (Radeon HD6670) and two monitors, I was wondering if by having this second monitor running if it slows my computer down at all? I really only use the second monitor for programs like Spotify, and Mumble, or whatever i want to look at while doing something else on my main monitor. I'm trying to lower my CPU Usage as much as i can so i am not affected during gameplay.

Adding a 2nd Monitor doesn't increase or decrease CPU usage, so no, it won't slow down or speed up your system.
