Yep, just another PC build n00b looking for a good, cost-effective build for around $1200 (keep in mind i'm from Australia). Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm starting from scratch which means no screen, peripherals, OS, HDD, etc. I'm looking to use the system for browsing and gaming mostly. Games like BF3, Bioshock, GTA, Dishonored and a variety of MMORPG's.
I currently have no interest in overclocking but it'd be nice to have to option to do so. I'd be happy playing at 1080p resolution on around a 23" screen. I'll also need a wireless PCI card as i don't have an ethernet port.
