Can anyone tell me which card is the best? I have Looked and they have the same amount of cores but different clock speeds and stuff. Also on overclocking, witch one would give me the better performance?

Card one:
MSI GeForce GTX 670 Power Edition Overclocked NVidia - 2GB

Card Two:
MSI NVIDIA GTX GeForce 660Ti - 3GB
http://www.scan.co.uk/products/3gb-msi-gtx-660-ti-28nm-pcie-30-(x16)-6008mhz-gddr5-gpu-967mhz-boost-1046mhz-cores-1344-dp-hdmi-2x-d

The GTX 670 PE is superior, you might want to take a look at the very similar GTX 760 as well.

Late to the party, as always byo :p. The 670 is better than the 760, but if you want to save a tiny bit and sacrifice a little bit of performance (Still better than the 660ti), go for the 760.

Oh ok, Can you explain to me why the 670 is better than the 660 ti and why the 760 is inferior? what do I need to look at when selecting my GPU?

The 660ti is basically a gimped 670, with a smaller memory bus width and lower clocks. The 760 is basically a 670 with a bit less CUDA cores, and for the most part performs a tiny bit worse than the 670, but better than the 660ti. Go for the 670 PE.
