System requirements for the game are already out.

I would not recommend the 760 at that resolution if you want to play on max settings. The card's good, but it struggles playing even some of today's stressful games at max. The game isn't out yet, so we don't really know, but I think a 780 would work well. It towers above all other card except for the Titan. It's quite expensive though, but you didn't state your budget.

The 770 would also be a good choice if you're looking for something in the $400 range.

The system requirement says that gtx 560 is recommended, so I'm looking a bit ahead of it. It might run on something lower than that, but you for sure won't have any problem with the GTX 760.

760 is recommended no doubt about it but there are somethings to consider like 60 fps and high AA settings and stuff like these

i want 60fps with all settings at max and resolution is 1920X1200

Then the GTX 770 might be your answer.
