New build poor FPS when gaming

So I recently built my first computer inside is the:

AMD FX-6300 cpu
Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 mother
8G DDR3 1600 RipJaw
AMD Radeon HD 6450 Video

I finally got Diablo 3...the first graphically intense game I have been able to play on it. The problem is in the game I have to turn all the settings to low and some off. My FPS is around 10-12 with the graphics at norm and around 20 at bare min. So the game looks like crap and I don’t think my video card is that bad?? My screen res. Is supposed to be 1920X1080p however in game I have to lower it way down until I find something suitable to raise my FPS.

My question is do I need another video card? Or am I just missing something?

The problem comes from your video card, you need another one, this one won't be able to handle that kind of game.

Your video card is actually worse than some intel integrated graphics.

lol ok guess I'll start looking, you have any suggestions for my setup I only have a 500W PS and dont want anything crazy expensive. Thanks for the reply.

What is your budget exactly ? Is $130 a crazy expense for you ?

I was hoping to keep around or under $100...sucks I spent $70 on the current one from tiger direct

I want something along this price range but that will be able to perform and wont have to upgrade for a while. Which ones would you guys recommend or something different.
