Something up with my cooling set up?

Hi guys, I've noticed when I boot up my PC I can hear air and see micro-bubbles in the tubing. However, after about 5 minutes it dissipates and there's no problem. My pump is on full constantly as its powered directly from the PSU; maybe its sucking in water too quick and taking in air as well? I've also tried filling the reservoir some more, but it might overflow, now and again I hear bubbles and what sounds like air being sucked in, any advice?

I suggest that you double check all the tubes and their joint to see if there is any leakage to be on the safe side but I guess you were correct the pump can suck in little air as it starts trust me it did in my brothers PC.

I was thinking that, I set up the loop by jumping it with the 24 pin cable, the problem I have is that my radiator is the highest component in the loop. It hasn't effected the temps luckily, I get 22 Celsius idle and on load between 30 - 46 usually depends what game it is. Tomorrow I shall try slowing the pump down and see what happens. The major mistake was I had it on full when I filled it up :/

Ive been away but now I've noticed that my cooling loop goes, pump out -> res -> rad -> CPU-> pump in; so essentially its sucking it through the loop, does it matter? i mean my look at my temps below:
