Corsair AX750 PSU enough for HD7970 CF?

Hello! I'm new here.

I want to buy 2 HD7970 cards for crossfire, to replace my GTX570.
But is my Corsair AX750 750w PSU enough for this?

System specs:

4670K @ 4.2Ghz 1.2v
Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H
2x 4Gb Corsair XMS3 @ 1866 1.55v
Crucial M4 128Gb
Samsung HD103SJ 1Tb
HD7970 CF
Fan controller and 3 120mm, 1 140mm fans.

I do plan on overclocking the cards, but only a moderate OC.

Will my PSU be enough?
