Need help to make sure that these components are compatible

I need help to ensure that the motherboard, CPU, and RAM all are compatible.

The motherboard is the LGA1155/Intel P67

The RAM is Corsair Vengeance 8 GB 240-Pin DDR3

The CPU is the i5-3570k

I know for a fact that the CPU and Mobo work together however i'm unsure about the RAM.

that motherboard supports up to 32gb (8gb x 4) of 240 Pin.
yes, that ram will fit with that motherboard.

and just so you have a second opinion, that CPU and motherboard would go good together
depending on the model, though, it may not be able to be overclocked, so if you had the actual make and model number, that would be great so i could help you find out.

Ok thank you so much. I just wanted to make sure that it was all compatible and would work well together. I'm not too interested in overclocking however since i do have a GTX 295 which generates enough heat while in certain games so i wouldn't need my CPU generating just as much or more either. Also i found this motherboard cheap.
