Another couple not working features

Scenario:
Got an email saying someone's replied to a thread I'm following. Nothing new here.
Clicking the link though, I was greeted with the following image:

Manually finding the link in the news again I failed to see my own comment until I clicked the 'show more comments' thing. But still failed to see the comment from the user that had replied according to the mail.

The last comment however was spam, so I clicked the report abuse feature and wrote spam! in the text. Trying to submit I was greeted with the following image:

Great going. It must be a challenge to vary the errors this much.


ps. please get back the option of quoting a message or at the very least an edit button.

As mentioned in the other thread here today, it was likely removed due to spam and probably closed if not deleted, and the notification is resolving to a deleted thread.
