Realtek HD audio manager, no sound

Since I put in a new power supply and hdd on my computer, I haven't had sound. I cannot figure out why. I have a MSI G45a motherboard, which the onboard audio uses realtek hd audio manager. I need help.

since you have a new hdd, have you made sure you downloaded and installed the right audio drivers? try using the cd that came with your mobo.
