7850 Over Clocking

Hello, I need some assistance in terms of overclocking my GPU. I have a Radeon 7850 1Gb I want to know whether these are safe and acceptable overclock speeds:
-Core: 1000mhz
-Memory Clock: 1295

I haven't touched the power consumption and fan speed (I set it at default).

they are fine speeds, in general overclocking the memory speed doesn't effect performance as much as overclocking the core speed and the worst that will happen if you push the speeds too far is some artifacting and probably need to reboot, the more dangerous side of overclocking comes when you mess with the voltage if you push that too far you can damage your gpu but as you have not changed that from stock you should be perfectly fine
