I want a good budget MoBo for my AMD Phenom X2 CPU and 7750 graphic card, I also want a bit of overclocking.
I couldn't decide whether to go with Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 or Asus M5A78L-M/U3. Though Gigabyte version is cheaper but I am not going to upgrade MoBo again in near future just because of compatibility issue.

Also tell me going with NON-USB3 version of both of these MoBos would be wrong idea ?

No need, I'm okay with that. Had today there been lots of 3.0 devices, I could have thought of that :D

I just want to make sure in future I don't have to upgrade MoBo again, it has 3.0 USB, and supports CrossFire Tech too and have AM3+ socket then I think its future proof, or at least...

Actually I want to use this MoBo with following specs :

MoBo : Asus M5A78L-M/U3
CPU : AMD Athlon || X2 270 3.4 GHz dual-core OR AMD FX4100 3.6 quad-core (Please suggest which would be better)
Hard Drive : WB Caviar 250 GB 16MB cache
Optical Drive : LG MODISC SATA
GPU : Saphire 1GB DDR5 ATI/AMD 7750
RAM : 2GB Corsair 1333 + 4GB Corsair 1333

I hope my specs are Okay and without any conflicts ?

Thanks for comparisons and suggestions.
Now I think I should better decide FX4100 or FX4300(Hmm another issue but okay, I think latter one is 15% more better)
Now my question is, these processors support DDR3-1866 memory but my current memory is 1333MHz DDR3 will they work on it ? ( I am noob in such things)

Thank you very much for letting me know that :)
