exe problem, or virus?

when i start windows several errors appear: praetorian.exe. skype.exe and so on, all .exe programmes are errored, (0xc0000005) i cant open antivirus, i cant open any internet browser, or any .exe installer, please help me if you know what to do

It sounds like a virus to me. If you have another computer, you can move the infected drive to the other computer then run a scan on it. If you don't have another computer, you will have to try to find a live CD/DVD or rescue disk to boot from and run your scan.
