What kind of GPU brand?

I want to buy a GTX 660 Ti, but there are so much brands, and i don't know what to get?
Which do you think is the best?

There are definite higher quality brands (asus, msi) and a bit lower quality (powercolor,galaxy). Most others fall in the middle, and in my experience going around and reading reviews and looking at things like warranty length and how good the company's support site is will tell you a lot.

This is all just from my personal experience, i haven't bought every brand, but from what i have had, and many hours of reading through other people's gripes about their hardware, it's what i've come to.

I would look at the MSI GPUs - I swear by them as I love the build quality and the features/performance ( like the Frozr coolers), and better service.

I have to say that having needed to contact a few different companies for support, MSI was by far the least painful (pretty easy actually). So that is the main reasons I stick to MSI for my parts.
