what ups to buy?

quick question here
what UPS i have to buy? i have 750 watt PSU for my rig (system unit only, not include monitor and others peripherals) and if it could stand for 2 minutes is more than enough.

my budget is around $200

i only need the brand and product code so i can look it in my place.. i live in indonesia, so its almost impossible to buy from newegg, amazon or others.

FYI : my country right now have a really bad electrical problem, so i need to buy a good one.
