Need someone that knows minecraft specs well

I finally figured out how to install a shader to make it look realistic and It is kind of laggy. I want it so it does NOT lag. What should I do?
Specs:
processor:3.6 ghz fx series quad core fx4100
ram:8 gb ddr3
graphics card: nvidia gt 610
hard drive: 1024 gb
WHAT DO I DO???????????
64 Bit java by the way

Your Graphics card is much too weak for that shader. You could try the usual; turn down render distance, smooth lighting off and fast graphics. If none of that helps you have 2 options. 1) Remove the shader. 2) Get a better Graphics card. I hope this helped!
