Hello all!

Been wondering for a while about this, but I thouht I'd just ask for your guys' opinions. I'm working on a build to play MMORPGs (WoW and such) and high-resolution RPGs (Witcher 3). For a while I've been set on the GTX Geforce 770 from NVIDIA and am comfortable with paying the $400 price tag, but I thought I'd ask what you guys think; whether I should stick with my decision or convert to something from AMD.
Thanks all!

newer tech is always better in either price/performance

but be careful, because of high demand, gtx 770's price is pretty high. it should be priced around $350
currently 770 is priced the same as 7970 GHZ Edition

The GTX 770 uses the same GPU (GK-104) as the 660 Ti, 670 and 680 cards. Its not all that new, but that's not to say it isn't a good card.
Its basically a rebrand of the GTX 680, which is the same thing AMD is doing this generation. The 770 is supposed to be competing with the R9 280X, but since AMD is taking advantage of the bit coin boom and price gouging for their cards, the 770 is a much better buy right now.
