Can This Computer Run Arma 3 On High

I have been looking for a computer for under $1000 that can run Arma 3 on high. I do not know how to build one so I want it pre built. If this isn't good enough can somebody help me out. I don't know what processor is best for gaming and I was also going to use Adobe After Effects on the computer. I am assuming any gaming computer can handle that. Please help me out.

The newegg one is MUCH better. The first one will struggle on low settings. The second one should play at medium comfortably.

Neither has a very good GPU. An i7 is pointless or gaming. An i5 will perform just the same and save ALOT of money. The GPU is what you need to spend more money on. It is the most important part by FAR.

Do you know of any computers with a better GPU because I do not know a lot about computers. I just want to get the best gaming computer for the lowest price possible. $1.5K is my absolute maximum but I would like to keep in under $1K if it is possible.
