Need a Portable Solution for Cooling a Gaming Laptop

I need a portable solution for cooling my new Sager NP7370 that will be coming in in a couple weeks. A cooling pad will work, or a home-built solution that wouldn't be too hard to build. I have a 17.3 inch display, so I'm assuming the cooling pad would need to be around 19 inches. If I could, I would prefer to buy something prebuilt like a pad. I'm hoping not to exceed much more than 50 dollars, thanks!
