Radeon 7870 Flickering screen. Please Help

I have a 7870 radeon and one monitor will sometimes randomly start flickering. It's not when I'm gaming and it's only on one monitor whats wrong. It only really happens when I have steam open not playing any games but just running. Please Help.

Also sorry the pic is so blurry used an ipod touch, but you can see what it looks like and how it only effects one monitor.

I didn't notice I still had MSI Afterburner open and it was overclocking, making it unstable (probably too hot as well.) and crashing.
