Sim city problem

My Simcity 3000 runs and installed fine, but when I get to the opening screen I can't click on anything (start new city, load city, etc.) any suggestions?

Btw, I have a 2009 Dell laptop with Windows Vista.

You may have to try to reinstall simcity
