Will games start using hyperthreading in the next 2-3 years?

Just wondering. Asked this question before, but kind of phrased it wrong so I'm trying again lol thanks.

They are already starting to its just hyperthreading is fairly weak anyway and if you already hab=ve 4 real cores most games don't need more. Look at the i3s vs the Pentium G series the main difference is HT and the i3s run games alot better.
