My AMD Fx is running under the stock cooler
While it is idle and regular use it keeps its 32-36 C
When I play battlefield 3 online it spikes up to 70 C in less than 10 min
Is there a way I can under-clock this cpu until I get a better cooler?

Are those cpu CORE temperatures or the cpu socket temperatures? If those are cpu socket temperatures, then yes those are fine. If those are cpu core temps, then you're in trouble.

I had and AMD 64X@2 and it only had a big heatsink an no fan, and it too used to overheat while playing games. For an easy, cheap and temporary fix use a small house fan, I use an 80watt Honeywell fan with three speeds and if you place I on the open side of your PC it will definitely lower the temps. If you gave good are flow in the room all the better. I paid 20 bucks at Canadian Tire for mine and I still use it. The only thing you have to worry about is not to keep it to close to the PC components because of the small magnet in it and dust build up. Also it will keep your other components cooler like your GPU and motherboard. I know this is not what you asked but it will help until you can figure something out.

I am not sure if they are socket or core temperatures My heatsink is the stock one with a fan and 4 copper pipes
at some point the fans max out when I hit 69-70 C the fan goes max and half speed max half speed
So I guess I shouldent worry much about it then will get a better cooler in about 2 weeks or so anyway :D

I Might consider water cooling But where would the radiator go outside the case? my top 2 fans cant be installed because the ram sticks are in the way
I have a thermal-take white commander case

And wont the pump on the cooler give out after much use I sometimes have my computer on for 24-48 hours straight about every 2-3 days... Is it worth a water cooler if the pump might give in after continuous non-stop use?

Yes, you mount it on a fan mount. Generally, you use a rear exhaling fan. Your airflow will then not be affected. The radiator goes inside the case.
