Need an advice for new gpu

I want to get a new gaming gpu from 250$ to 300$ (+- 30$). Please tell me which cards are the best in these prices. (I play at 1080P). Also I have 450W power supply and Asus P7P55 LX motherboard. 4 gb of ram and an I7. Will i have to change any of these parts in order to install this gpu? Thank you.

Gtx 760 maybe? I'm planning to get battlefield 4 and heard it'll run well on that gpu. maybe ultra ? (vsync off, shadows off)

AND I would get at least a quality 500W, I personally use 650W (SeaSonic X Series X650 Gold). The 760 requires 500W minimum.
