Definitely build! Otherwise companies would make no profit.

As for the planned build, wasn't sure whether you needed an OS included or not, but didn't include one. If you want to include the OS in the price, then you could get rid of the SSD and add it later or you could lower the card to a GTX 770 - still a kick ass card! Of course, the case you get is up to you - simply added this one as it looks good, has a fair price tag and keeps your PC a lot quieter due to silencing foam inside the panels. For an extra $20 you can also get the modular version of that PSU to help with cable management.

Thank you :)
I will be using this pc mostly for runing fps games(like bf4), and i already have an (488GB Hitachi HDP725050GLA SCSI) Disk which in pair with a 64 gb SSD which would be enough for me (i think) because i have a 3 TB NAS in the net work. so with the extra +- 100$ what do you think it would be better to improve.

You could always get two 770s and SLI them, which would hugely improve performance, but alone that would cost an extra $140 over the 780, not to mention the extra costs getting an 850w PSU instead.

You could always get a better cooler and get a super-high overclock - the NH-D14 is a great choice for that and is around $45 more than the Hyper 212 Evo. If it were me I would personally get a huge SSD and run all my games and my OS from that, and you'll have a blisteringly fast PC. There's nothing else you can really do to improve performance... why not just keep the money?:p

Only difference between the actual cards is the cooler. The coolers are pretty much on a par with each other, an both are great. The only reason I recommend EVGA is their incredible warranty and customer service. The Asus 780 will be great too - just make sure it's not the blower style cooler, as it's not as good as the Direct CU II version.
