My PC is running hot and I'm not sure why.

Hi everyone! my pc has been running really hot lately. im getting over 90* on my gpu and my cpu gets over 35*C and it's liquid cooled. I changed out the gpu to a new 760 and everything still runs hot. What's my problem?
Specs:
amd FX 8350 @ 4.1 ghz
Amd Radeon 6950 stock
asus m5a97
16 gb 1033 mhz ram
2 hard drives

This is my pc case. I took out all of the parts and things out of the case, but it still ran pretty hot, but a little bit cooler. Here is the link:

Yeah I looked at the case and I can say its a small case. But you told that it still runs hot out of the case and that is quiet mysterious. What is the idle and load temps you are getting now from both CPU and GPU ? What is the PSU ?
