Hello folks,

I decided to build my second rig, but I am quite unsure whether the components I have chosen will:

a) GPU Fit in the case of choice
b) Work well, especially if I am to do some games on it.
c) my AM3+ CPU will it be comaptible with the Mobo I have chosen? Although they do state that it supports the FX series, the mobo itself is AM3

Storage:
SSD Kingston 60Gb
HDD 500 Gb SATA III
MOBO:
MSI 760GM AM3
CASE:
ANTEC One Midi Tower
Memory:
G-Skill 8GB RipJaw 1333Mhz
Optic Drive:
LG GH24NS95
Power Supply Unit:
Corsair Builder Series CX 500 Watt
CPU:
AMD FX6300
GPU:
EVGA GeForce GTX 660

As you may see, I am on a limited budget, so I am trying to keep it to the minimum, any thoughts :/ ?

EDIT: Sry noticed that link was broken to the Motherboard.

What's your budget? Its hard to tell if your build is the best without it. Also one of us could probably put a build together for you. As for your MB, it is compatible, although low end. Hope this helps.

£500-600 Range, well the mobo is the best I found out there, also the Video Card doesn't seem like it could fit in the case, not quite sure. Excuse my 'noobness'.

Thanks badboyrog. Also thanks kirilmatthew, do you think I should spend an extra buck on a better mobo or should I stick to this one, taking into account my budget.

I do if you can. I am not familiar with British pricing so I don't know exactly how much of a hit your budget would take, but getting a cheap board with chipset 970 instead of 760G would probably be a good choice. If you do any OCing it is also essential. Hope this helps.

!!Do not buy the MSI mobo, it stinks!!! im having bsod's on mine, bad reviews for overclocking it! I have the FX-4300 o.c'd, had to tone it down..... the Corsiar psu is junk! try Antec.... i only speak from experience!

That's a bit extreme. First off, the MB is not meant for OCing. Every MB will have some problems sometimes, not just MSI. As for corsair, Antec makes corsair, your suggestion is irrelevant.
