recommend me good gpu based on specs?

well guys my budget is about 200 -300 (play games 1080p at 60 fps if it is possible)and i would like to keep the the psu because i couldnt connect all the wires without blowing up something lol.

Thanks man the most games ive been playing have been bf3,borderlands 2,mostly first person shooters i like.The question is Is my psu good enough to cope with power of these strong cards?

Well to be honest the PSU looks like garbage and would not recommend it at all but 500w would easily be enough and still have enough room to do a little overclocking.
