ICE virus is blocking safe mode on windows 7

make sure you have the latest copy of malwarebytes and the latest update file saved to a usb stick and then try the following:


try to start in Safe Mode with Command Prompt

then type explorer.exe

this should get you into Safe Mode and should be able to install malwarebytes and its updated

run a Full scan on all drives
