error with my new powercolor radeon hd 7750 1gb ddr5

just bought a PowerColor radeon hd 7750 1gb ddr5 with my pc which has the following specs :
athlon II x2 240 2.80 ghz
4gb kingstone ddr3
ga-ma78lmt-s2

once i turn on the pc it runs for like 5 mins or something and a blue screen of death appears with error of :
Stop : 0x000000f7

any ideas ?

Did you double check the slot you put it in? Can your PSU handle the additional strain?
