Installed a new Nvidia 9400GT gpu, monitor shows no signal !

So i wanted to install a new graphic card and i firstly deleted the drivers from the previous one, turned off my computer, installed the Nvidia 9400GT and turned on the computer. The computer started running, but the monitor was showing a yellow light (shows it when computer is off or in sleep mode). I made sure i had put the monitor cable into the gpu slot and not into the motherboard.

My motherboard is Gygabyte Technology M52L-S3 and my power supply is 350 watts.

First, check connections. Had the same problem with my old PC. My problem - half of the card was outside of pcie.
