Looks good, you did not add the cost of Windows to the price, you're looking at almost $100 there for an OEM license. You may also go for a WD Black, they are faster than the Blue models.

I have already purchased Windows on the side. Also i was wondering since my motherboard only has a Pci E 2.0, and My graphics card is a Pci E 3.0 Is my performance going to be lessened?

No. It will take a lot more power than the 7770 can put out to overload a PCIE slot.
