Why did my computer stop recognizing some of my hard drives?

I had to do a recent update for my security software and after I restarted 2 of my hard drives aren't being recognized by the windows but are being recognized in the BIOS.

Quick update i switch the settings from RAID to IDE and one hard is being recognized by windows but the other is still not
