MoBo: I personally would use a ASUS MoBo. Just my opinion, but the Gigabyte is fine.

GPU: Instead of SLI 770's, I would go for 780('s). I'd also use EVGA ones. My opinion.

Case: I personally like Corsair ones, so maybe a 800D?

CPU Cooler: It's fine, but again I like corsair. So I would use a H100i.

PSU: Instead of Corsair's HX Series, I'd use the AX Series.

RAM: I'd use Corsair again, but the one u have now is fine. Just make sure it is 2 x 8GB sticks. This way you can upgrade later on.
